Over the past 4 years, JTW have successfully delivered a wide range of projects on behalf of Mace Macro & JLL at Standard Chartered Bank’s Main HQ in Basinghall Avenue, Bank, Central London.

Recently completed projects include:

• L9 Boardroom Refurbishment – JTW were appointed as Principal Contractor for the L9 Boardroom refurbishment which included new Hi-Tech screens and comms, electrical/data upgrades and modifications, procurement and install of new boardroom table/furniture, acoustic wall panelling, acoustic barriers, new screen wall construction and general refresh decorations
• PVB & Risk Refurbishment– Complete floor refurbishment including partition modifications (solid & glazed), M&E modifications including upgrade of new floor Elektrak & services to a new coffee point break out area, acoustic upgrades, joinery installations, new carpet tile & Karndean wood plank flooring, wall graphics & vinyl manifestations, wipeable magnetic wallpaper and general decorations
• Kitchen Servery & Prep Refurbishment – Principal Contractor role including layout reconfigurations, new vinyl flooring, hygienic wall cladding, M&E services upgrades including core drilling and new cast iron drainage routes, Catering equipment procurement and installations and the formation of a new recycling area with associated manifestation and signage works
• Over the past 4 years with have completed a multitude of projects including various door upgrade projects – door automation. full doorset replacements, door pivots, acoustic upgrades, office layout reconfigurations, manifestation works, flooring replacements, FCU replacements and all general Facilities Management requirements.
