Charing Cross Hospital – NHS Trust

JTW have carried out a wide range of MEP projects on behalf of CBRE at Charing Cross Hospital in Hammersmith, West London.

The hospital facility was opened in 1973 and ongoing projects include a range of PPM’s & Reactive Maintenance works

Recently completed projects include:

  • SVP Riser Replacements – This is an ongoing phased project involving the replacement of the existing cast iron riser SVP’s with a Vulcathene chemical waste drainage system.
  • A wide range of reactive maintenance works including AHU repairs, supply & installation of steam control/isolation valves, plantroom pump safety valve replacements, condensate pump & pipework repairs/replacements, various flange/gasket replacements, surveys & condition reports issued.
